In development, a collaboration w/Sheikh Rezaei’s

Rooted in Sheikh Rezaei’s earlier works — Me Seducing, Us, X, ME, I Serve You Milk, Nectar and Wine... — and in dialogue with Amos Peled’s explorations in Phantom Limb and The Machine Sleeps Tonight, this project has evolved through a close exchange between the two artists over the past year. It unfolds as a new iteration developed during a focused residency at the MILL / Needcompany in Molenbeek, marking the first public sharing of the work.

SELF-POISONING explores how pain, bodily vulnerability, and obsessive patterns can be translated into both image and sound. Through installation and performance, the work opens a space where an inner landscape can be collectively experienced.

What are the limits of seduction for a person living with a chronic condition?
For someone who suffers, who deviates,
who does not fully align with the expected image of a seductive body.
